BACKGROUND:

In our highly competitive world today, project goals and deliverable are changing rapidly; quick responses and adjustments on project deliverables to meet the changing requirements are needed. Typical examples are in the Software and Information Technology (IT) project environment. The project teams are under increasing pressure in delivering business values, meeting changing market needs, and satisfying internal and external customers.

This has left many companies struggle to keep up with the pace. These challenges have led to an increased interest in Agile software development framework and methodologies, with their promise of rapid business value delivery, with flexibility while maintaining the quality!

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

This boot camp prepares and equip you with the knowledge, comprehension and strategy to pass the PMI-ACP® exam! It covers Agile mindset, hybrid models, Scrum framework, Extreme Programming XP, Lean and Kanban!

METHODOLOGY:

The course structure is based on Agile Manifesto, Scrum framework, Extreme Programming, Lean and Kanban. Participants will learn about Agile mindsets, Scrum and other methods through a mix of lectures, individual /group exercises, case studies and quiz!
